Event or Group Photography

We can assist with photographing School of Medicine events such as formal events, student events, special staff/faculty meetings/retreats, outside resident group photos, etc. We are also available for conferences and symposiums. Event photography takes more time for travel and requires 2 staff members for the setup and lighting. The cost breakdown is as follows:

  • On-site WSU SOM event photography is $10/hour and and additional $50 for photo processing and archiving ($150 minimum fee). You will be emailed the final high-resolution photos for your own use. (on-site is defined as the School of Medicine, Mazurek Medical Education Commons, Lande or Elliman buildings, does not include DMC buildings or common areas).
  • Non WSU SOM events - $25 setup/travel (initial fee, travel distances will vary), $100 per hour of photographic services, $50 processing/archiving. The total minimum fee is $175
  • For after hours during the weekday, the fee for photography is $75/per hour (per photographer, if more than one is needed for setup, etc [also add the minimum $25 travel fee and $50 photo processing fee])
  • Weekend events, the fee for photography is $75/per hour (per photographer, if more than one is needed for setup, etc [also add the minimum $25 travel fee and $50 photo processing fee]) with a minimum of four hours.
