Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will become aware of the four key elements involved in response to stress.
2. Participants will identity how repeated traumatic exposure impacts the brain.
3. Participants will review how the nervous system coordinates actions and sensation through a complex network of nerve receptors that report back to the brain
4. Participants will identity three strategies for post-traumatic growth and building resiliency skills in your client
