Audiovisual/Media Services

The Audiovisual and Media services support teaching and learning at the School of Medicine by providing the highest quality of technical assistance, advice and customer service to the faculty, staff and students.

All audiovisual equipment must be reserved separately from the room reservation and should be made at least 2 weeks before the event.  To reserve equipment, please send an email to somav@med.wayne.edu.  Your request should include the location, date, time both beginning and ending, type of equipment and type of service requested. 

Normal work hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. 

For events outside the scope of Medical Education, our billable time is $50 per hour. There will be an overtime charge of $75 for any request outside of the normal working hours.
